Full price items are available for returns for a full refund. All SALE items are final sales and may not be returned to Shop Hysteria. Returns to Shop Hysteria must be made within 10 days from the arrival date of your item. All customers must call Hysteria within those 10 days to obtain a Return Authorization # before returning the item. Once given your RA# you will have 5 business days to return the item to Shop Hysteria with original tags in tact. The Return Authorization number must be visible on packaging. Shop Hysteria and Hysteria are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
