Erica is the daughter of nationally-known, glass beadmaker and artist, Inara Knight. For well over 20 years, Erica has been exposed to and inspired by beautiful beads and handcrafted jewelry. Following in her mother's footsteps, Erica is passionate about creating beautiful jewelry and sharing it with others.
Erica, who is CPA (Certified Public Accountant), left the corporate world several years ago to focus on raising her children. And if you are curious about the name of Erica’s business, it was inspired by the proud mother’s two boys. Her 6-year-old son’s middle name is Maddox and her 3-year-old son's middle name is Alexander, which morphed into MaddAlex Designs and brings with it the creative spirit of the family's next generation. |
