Return Policy

Returns to Shop Hysteria must be made within 15 days from the arrival date of your item. All customers must call Hysteria within those 15 days to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning the item. Items purchased through Shop Hysteria must return with original tags intact. The Return Authorization number must be visible on packaging. Shop Hysteria and Hysteria are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
